Every OmicIDX version available now, latest, the dated nightly folders and the HuggingFace monthly releases, with each table’s size and row count.

Every version available right now, read live from the data server and HuggingFace. Expand one to see its tables, with file sizes, row counts from its manifest.json, and download links.

• latest/ and the dated folders (v{YYYY-MM-DD}/, kept 30 days) are for querying in place: attach their omicidx.duckdb or read_parquet a file. restore.sql builds a local copy (duckdb omicidx-local.duckdb < restore.sql).
• Monthly releases on HuggingFace are the long-term archive and the version to cite. Download one with hf download, or omicidx_download() in R, then query it locally. See Versions and citation.
